Welcome to Lee’s Inlet
Apothecary, Good Deed Goods, and The Salty Goat Company—three locally owned businesses led by husband and wife team, Willie and Melissa Lee, in the heart of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.
Our journey began in 2002 when God placed a calling on Willie’s heart to leave behind the world of corporate pharmacy and return to a more personal, compassionate way of caring for people. From the very beginning, our mission has been clear: to provide Christ-centered, community-focused care, and to bring back the feeling of a neighborhood drugstore—the way it used to be.
While studying at the University of Georgia’s College of Pharmacy, Willie had the opportunity to intern with Melissa’s father, Wilson Cain, who owned and operated Southside Pharmacy in Myrtle Beach. That experience planted the seed for what would eventually become Lee’s Inlet Apothecary—a place where you could fill a prescription, pick out the perfect gift, and enjoy a soda fountain treat—all under one roof.
Over the last 23 years, we’ve grown from that original vision into a multi-faceted small business that still holds true to its roots. Our pharmacy, boutique, and soda fountain are all about personal attention, timeless service, and genuine care. At Good Deed Goods, our gift boutique, we offer a curated selection of meaningful items and local treasures. At the Salty Goat Company, we celebrate the coastal spirit of the Lowcountry with handcrafted goods and good humor.

Willie Lee, pharmacist
Willie Lee, has been Murrells Inlets’ local pharmacist since 1988.
Having served the Murrells Inlet community for over 30 years, LOCAL care and attention has always been (and will continue to be) Willie’s mission of pharmacy care. This care and attention is at the core of what we do at Lee’s Inlet Apothecary and is the main reason we’re in business.

Because when you know your pharmacist and your pharmacist knows you, you get better care. Period.
Most big box chain pharmacies only order their prescriptions weekly and only through one or two wholesalers. At Lee’s Inlet Apothecary they have the ability to order weekly and though several different wholesalers, keeping the medicine supply chain moving and getting you the medicine you need faster.
Lee’s Inlet Apothecary accepts most major insurance which includes; Tricare, Medicare, and Medicaid.
We also provide our customers the option of delivery and curbside service.
